our staff offers Certified personal trainers; kansas' only elite trainers - issa certified in strength and conditioning, senior fitness and fitness nutrition. we have a former champion bodybuilder, national and world champion powerlifters and state, american and world record holders available to train you.

Fitness, nutrition & Powerlifting

Joe Walden recently set 12 Ndw World REcords and 13 National Recoreds enroute to winning the 2022 Drug Tested USPA National Championships in Atlanta, GA.

Bobbi WALDEN WON her 4th national title while setting new state records.  and amber burns qualified for the 2022 Tested International Powerlifting League North American Championships in St Louis. 

ALL 4 WALDEN LIFTING MEMBERS ARE qualified referees and personal trainers - with specialization in exercise therapy, sports nutrition and senior fitness. Three are certified powerlifting instructors.
